At Nurturely, we believe that caring for our team is
one of the most important areas of the work. That’s
why we’ve created a workplace culture that
prioritizes wellness and flexibility. With our unlimited
wellness days, six months of fully paid maternity
leave, and flexible schedules, we make space for our
team to take care of themselves and their families.
Beyond policies, we have a team that truly supports
one another, ensuring we can stay focused on the
work that matters most—uplifting communities and
advancing perinatal equity together. After all, we
can’t talk the talk of equity in perinatal wellness if we
don’t center wellness within our own team.
